Lili Pintauli Siregar, Second Woman In The Corruption Eradication Commission
JAKARTA - The five KPK leaders for the 2019-2023 period will be sworn in by President Joko Widodo at the State Palace, Jakarta. The inauguration ceremony is planned to take place at 14.30 WIB.
Those who will be inaugurated are the KPK Chair elected Firli Bahuri and four other KPK Deputy Chairmen, namely Lili Pintauli Siregar, Nurul Ghufron, and Nawawi Pomolango, Alexander Marwata who is the incumbent of volume IV leadership.
Ahead of the inauguration, the new KPK leaders are currently participating in a cleanup at the State Palace. This was conveyed by the elected Deputy Chairman of the KPK, Lili Pintauli Siregar.
"I am already at the Palace. At 13.00 WIB, I will rehearse with other KPK leaders," he said when contacted by VOI via text message, Friday, December 20.
Before the inauguration was held, Lili admitted that there were no special preparations. "There is no special preparation (for today's inauguration)," he said.
In addition, the woman who was born in Bangka Belitung, February 9, 1966, admitted that she did not feel tense before her inauguration as Deputy Chair of the Corruption Eradication Commission because she was previously a former Deputy Chair of the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK).
"Just normal (not excited). You have two experiences as the leader of the LPSK. Hehe," he said.
It is known, Lili Pintauli Siregar is a lawyer and commissioner of the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) for two periods, 2008-2013 and 2013-2018.
Llili received law education at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels at the Islamic University of North Sumatra (UISU), Medan. After graduating from S1, he started his career as Assistant Public Defender of LBH Medan in 1991-1992 and then worked at the Advocate Office of Asamta Paranginangin, SH & Associates from 1992-1993 as an assistant lawyer.
