Floods Inundate 3 Districts In Bone Bolango Gorontalo
GORONTALO - Floods inundated the Districts of North Bulango, Bulango Ulu, and South Bulango, in Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo.
Secretary of the local Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), Achryl Babyonggo, said the flooding was caused by heavy rains that had lashed the area since the afternoon.
Launching Antara, Wednesday, November 3, temporary data shows that in North Bulango District there are five submerged villages.
For Tupa Village, the flood affected 683 people, Kopi Village as many as 131 people, Tuloa Village 184 people, Bandungan Village 176 people, and Lomaya Village 42 people.
Meanwhile, South Bulango Subdistrict, Ayula Tinelo Village has five people, and Bulango Ulu Subdistrict is still in the process of collecting data.
Currently, a joint team from BPBD, TNI, Polri, Basarnas and local Tagana has been at the flood location.
