Unfinished Military Service, Woo Do Hwan Gets New Drama Offer
JAKARTA - Actor Woo Do Hwan is still carrying out his military service but reportedly he has already reviewed his latest project.
Tuesday, November 2, Woo Do Hwan is projected to star in the new Netflix series entitled Hunting Dogs. Besides Woo Do Hwan, an offer was also made to actor Park Sung Woong.
Hunting Dogs is an eight-episode series about three men trying to get out of their debt. This story was adapted from a webtoon and directed by Midnight Runners and The Divine Fury.
KeyEast's agency confirmed that Woo Do Hwan is considering Hunting Dogs as a new project after his military service.
Previously, Woo Do Hwan acted in the Korean drama The King: Eternal Monarch with Lee Min Ho. In the drama, he played two characters, Jo Yeong and Jo Eun-Sup. His acting received a positive response from the audience.
He is said to be considering positively because he already knows director Kim Joo Hwan through The Divine Fury.
Since July 2020, Woo Do Hwan has been serving in the military while on vacation. Woo Do Hwan will be officially discharged from the military on January 5, 2022.
