CCTV Recorded, Motorcycle Theft In The Schoolyard In Probolinggo

PROBOLINGGO - The theft of a motorbike occurred in the courtyard of the Pajarakan Islamic Vocational High School (SMK), Probolinggo Regency, East Java. The theft was caught on CCTV.

The stolen motorcycle was a Honda Beat with police number N 5682 NA belonging to Rohna (28), a resident of Sumberanyar Village, Paiton District.

Andi, the victim's husband, said the theft occurred on Monday, November 1 afternoon. At that time, his wife, who was going home from teaching, first put the files into his office.

"After putting the file, it turned out that my wife's motorbike was no longer in its place and the position of the school gate was open," he explained, Wednesday, November 3.

Meanwhile, the security guard at the location was not monitoring the situation. The perpetrators easily stole the motorbike.

"I hope the motorbike will be found soon, and the perpetrator will be arrested soon," said Andi.

Meanwhile, the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Pajarakan Police, Aipda Andik Kurniawan, said that his party had conducted an investigation of the crime scene. The police also checked the CCTV footage.

"From the CCTV footage, there are two perpetrators. One person is guarding outside, another person enters the school and takes the victim's motorbike," he said separately.

The police continued, Aipda Andik had coordinated with the Buser team of the Probolinggo Police. The police asked for statements from a number of witnesses and analyzed the CCTV footage to catch the perpetrators of the theft.
