DPR Commission II Wants South Timor To Produce Professional KPU And Bawaslu Member Candidates

JAKARTA - Commission II of the DPR will hold a Public Hearing Meeting (RDPU) with the Selection Team (Timsel) of Candidates for Members of the General Election Commission (KPU) and the Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) for the period 2022 to 2027.

Deputy Chairman of Commission II of the DPR RI, Luqman Hakim, hopes that the figures chosen by South Timor are the best people to maintain the course of democracy in Indonesia in the 2024 Simultaneous Elections.

"We want South Timor to produce candidates for KPU and Bawaslu RI members who are competent, with integrity, and professional," said Luqman to reporters, Tuesday, November 2. done in the meantime.
