Budget Adjustments For Aibon Glue And Jakarta Provincial Government Pen

JAKARTA, (VOI.id) - The DKI Jakarta Education Agency has stated that it will adjust the budget for the procurement of adhesive glue to IDR 82 billion to pens worth IDR 124 billion because the budget is still temporary.

"The budget is also prepared by the sub-department and it is temporary. Later, we will adjust everything according to the results of each school which is of course for the adjustment process," said acting Head of the DKI Jakarta Education Agency, Syaefuloh Hidayat, as quoted by Antara, Wednesday, October 30.

These adjustments, said Syaefuloh, would be submitted to Commission E in the 2020 Provisional Budget Ceiling Priority Budget Plan (KUA-PPAS) planning meeting and hoped that there would be no budget errors during the discussion.

"We have prepared materials for the revision. God willing, today we will convey it to the DPRD for us, then we will make adjustments, following the stages," said Saefuloh.

Meanwhile, the plan to purchase a computer unit amounting to Rp121 billion was canceled. Students can take advantage of computers available in other schools during exams.

"It is in the Education Office, initially intended to assist and expedite the computer-based examination process. Then, in the context of efficiency, we tried to make various alternatives," he said.

This means, he continued, when the vocational school students were examining, they could use high school computers, so they tried to postpone it.

Previously, PSI highlighted the budget for glue shame worth IDR 82 billion in the West Jakarta Education Sub-agency.

The DKI Education Agency then said there was a typo. Then the Rp124 billion budget for pens was also a question of PSI.

"In addition to the above mentioned shame glue budget, the PSI Jakarta faction also found a proposed budget for the procurement of pens of Rp. 124 billion at the East Jakarta Region I Education Sub-Department," said member of the DPRD DKI from the PSI faction, William Aditya Sarana.

In addition, 7,313 computer units cost Rp. 121 billion at the Education Office and several server units worth Rp. 66 billion at the Communication, Informatics, and Statistics Office.
