JAKARTA - A total of 110 couples attended a mass wedding in the capital of Helmand Province, Southern Afghanistan, last week. The mass wedding was funded by a local charity. The groom-to-be came dressed in typical Afghan clothes and smiled brightly. Organizers said the event was to help Afghans who are suffering from economic woes. The number of unemployed, making the youth in Afghanistan can not afford to make a wedding party.
