[SPEAKING EDITOR] On Personal Data Security From A Hacker's Point Of View

JAKARTA - Personal data is inseparable from talking about privacy and security. Of course, these are two different things but they should be guarded by ourselves and also by digital companies that store user data. As an illustration, personal data that is traded is a matter of privacy. Another case with leaked user personal data, it is related to security.

Last August 28, the VOI team held a discussion about personal data. The discussion entitled No Privacy for Personal Data which has been broadcast on YouTube discusses the Personal Data Protection Bill (PDP) which still has many gaps in protecting our personal data. Even though personal data can be said is our right as citizens.

As a continuation of the VOI discussion, the VOI team of podcasters conducted an online interview with one of the hackers who did not want to be named. Not only does he talk about his work as a hacker, he also provides useful tips for securing our data.
