JAKARTA - Samsung officially introduced the latest variants of the Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra. Through the Galaxy Unpacked event which is broadcast streaming, Samsung introduced a number of its latest smartphone lines.

Where at the event, Samsung introduced its latest line of devices. Starting from the Phabet Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra, Tab S7 and Tab S7 +, Z Fold 2, as well as two accessories, namely the Galaxy Watch 3 to the Galaxy Buds.

"We are officially our latest technological innovation, which is very powerful and can work like a computer or game console in extraordinary situations like this," he continued.

Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra

The phabet (tablet phone) variant of the Galaxy Note is the flagship line of gadgets introduced by Samsung. Like last year's event, Samsung introduced this brand-new device in two models, namely the Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra.

According to the leaks on the internet, the standard version of the Galaxy Note 20 comes with a 6.7-inch screen and has a 60Hz refresh rate. This screen size is wider than the predecessor model Galaxy Note 10 which has a screen dimension of 6.3 inches.

Meanwhile, on the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, Samsung presents an even wider screen dimension of around 6.9 inches. This screen landscape is the same as the Galaxy S20 which also comes with a 120Hz refresh rate.

The successor of the Galaxy Note 10 comes with many significant changes. Where Samsung chose to embed a 108MP (megapixel) resolution camera for the flagship version of the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, with a 12MP module configuration with wide angle lens and 12MP telephoto lens.

For the standard model, Samsung has provided three rear cameras with a 12MP wide-angle lens configuration, 64MP telephoto, and 12MP Ultra Wide. The two new phones also carry the infinity-O display design for the selfie camera.

Speaking of specifications, for the United States (US) market and several other countries, the Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra will come with the Snapdragon 865 Plus chipset. Meanwhile, Indonesia and several other countries, this flagship will be powered by the Exynos 990.

Other new features of this alphabet, such as fingerprint on-display and a USB type C hybrid port. Not only that, Samsung also includes a new S Pen stylus embedded in the Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra alphabet.

Furthermore, Samsung will begin to open pre-orders for the Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra series on August 6 to 19. The standard model of the Galaxy Note 20 with 8GB RAM and 256GB ROM will be priced at IDR 14,499,000.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra model is available in two sales options. The 8GB RAM variant with 256GB ROM will sell for IDR 17,999,000, while the 8GB RAM variant with 512GB ROM is priced at IDR 19,999,000.
