PSSI Reports FIFA About The Preparation For The U-21 World Cup, The Schedule Has Not Changed

JAKARTA - The Indonesian Football Association (PSSI) continues to finalize its preparations to host the U-21 World Cup. Developments continue to be reported to the World Football Federation (FIFA).

Not long ago, PSSI held regular meetings via video conferencing with FIFA representatives. They discussed the development of preparations for Indonesia as the host and the prepared business plans.

Among them are financial, administrative, legal, marketing and sponsorship. Then preparations in the fields of transportation, logistics, safety, security, and in other sectors.

Despite being hit by the COVID-19, preparations for Indonesia to host the U-21 World Cup are continuing. PSSI also ensures that the implementation schedule has not changed from what was planned.

"So far the schedule has not changed, which is May 20 - June 12 next year,"

FIFA representative, Christian Schmolzer, received the report from PSSI well. The world football master really appreciates the preparatory steps taken by Indonesia to host the U-21 World Cup.

FIFA will continue to carry out correspondence and meetings with PSSI regarding preparations for the World Cup. Approaching the day of the tournament, communication between FIFA and PSSI will be more intense.
