JAKARTA South Korea had a chance to take revenge against the United States when they met for the first time after the 2023 Indonesian U-17 World Cup.

Korea and America will meet on the first matchday of Group E at the Jakarta International Stadium, Sunday, November 12, 2023. Kick off the match starts at 19.00 WIB.

The last time the two teams faced each other in this competition was in the 2003 edition of the group stage. At that time, the United States won a landslide victory with a score of 6-1.

After a decade has passed, this is a chance for Korea to reply to their opponents. Moreover, they are currently present with young stars as a result of quality youth coaching.

Korea is present at the Indonesia edition of the U-17 World Cup with the status of runner-up at the U-17 Asian Cup in Thailand. They lost against Japan's rivals in the final, but it was a journey far beyond expectations.
