YOGYAKARTA - The U-22 Indonesian National Team Coach, Indra Sjafri, has included a number of U-20 national team players in the 2023 SEA Games squad.

After the U-20 Indonesian national team was disbanded on Saturday, April 1, 2023 because the U-20 World Cup was canceled in Indonesia, Indra Sjafri took seven players to be included in the SEA Games Squad.

The names of U-20 national team players brought by Indra Sjafri to the SEA Games were raised after the draw for the football branch which was held on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at the Morodok Techno National Stadium, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Of the seven U-20 national team players who were included by Indra Sjafri in the SEA Games squad, there are names who are now careers in Europe.

Daffa Fasya Sumawijaya is a U-20 Indonesian national team kipper who plays for the Borneo FC club.

Before being recruited by Borneo FC, Daffa was assisted by SSB Asag-Biha Majalengka.

When the Indonesian U-20 national team hosted Syria in the 2023 U-20 Asian Cup, Daffa managed to show a brilliant performance. He repeatedly carried out rescue actions in the match.

Thanks to his action, the Indonesian national team won a narrow victory with a score of 1-0. After the match was over, he was named Man of the Match (MOTM).

Born in Jakarta on June 21, 2003, Muhammad Ferrari's professional career began when he joined the Jakarta Footbal Academy.
