JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan has extended PPKM Level 3 until September 13, 2021. This is stated in the Decree of the Governor of DKI Jakarta Province Number 1072 of 2021 concerning PPKM Level 3 COVID-19.

Anies said COVID-19 cases in the capital city continued to decline. He also understands that residents are tired of the pandemic situation. However, he asked residents to adhere to health protocols and follow vaccinations.

"Those who haven't been vaccinated, let's get vaccinated. Invite all your friends, relatives, and relatives to participate in the vaccination. And even though you have been vaccinated, still obey the health protocols, stay alert and don't be careless. We can definitely get through this pandemic period as well as possible, "said Anies at DKI City Hall, Wednesday, September 8.

In the current implementation of PPKM, the DKI Provincial Government requires a COVID-19 vaccination certificate to be a requirement for activities in the Capital City.

This requirement is excluded for residents who are still within a grace period of 3 months after confirmed COVID-19 with evidence of laboratory results, residents who are contraindicated for COVID-19 vaccination based on the results of a medical examination with evidence of a doctor's certificate, and children aged less than 12 years.

For people who have been vaccinated, they can attach proof of their status to have been vaccinated on the Jakarta Kini (JAKI) application, a vaccination certificate issued by PeduliLindungi.id, and/or proof of vaccination issued by an authorized institution.

1. Activities in the workplace/office- Non-essential sector: Work from home (WFH) by 100 percent;

- Essential sectors: a. Finance and banking only covers insurance, banks, pawnshops, futures exchanges, pension funds, and financial institutions that are oriented to physical services with customers; , and 25 percent for office administration services to support operations and with the implementation of health protocols more strictly; b. Capital market (which is service oriented with customers and the capital market operations are running well); c. Information and communication technology includes cellular operators, data centers, internet, postal services, media related to the dissemination of information to the public; d. Hospitality non-quarantine handling; and- For letters (b) to (d) can operate with a maximum capacity of 50 percent of staff and with stricter implementation of health protocols; dane. - Critical sectors: a. health; b. security and order; c. disaster management; d. energy; e. logistics, transportation, and distribution, especially for the basic needs of the community; f. food and drink and their supporting equipment, including for livestock/pets; g. fertilizers and petrochemicals; h. cement and building materials; i. national vital object, j. national strategic projects; k. construction (public infrastructure); and l. basic utilities (electricity, water, and waste management);1. For letters (a) and (b) 100% (one hundred percent) staff can operate without exceptions and with stricter implementation of health protocols;2. For letters (c) to (l) can operate 100% (one hundred percent) of maximum staff, only in production/construction/service facilities to the community and for office services to support operations, a maximum of 25% (twenty five percent) is applied. staff;3. Companies included in the sector in letter (d), (e), (f), (g), (h), (k), (l) are required to use the Peduli Protect application to screen all incoming employees and visitors. production/construction/service facilities and office administration areas; and4. 2. Teaching and learning activities - Educational units: Implementation of learning in education units can be done through limited face-to-face learning and/or distance learning based on the Joint Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture, Minister of Religion, Minister of Health and Minister of Home Affairs Number 03/KB/2021 , Number 384 of 2021, Number HK.01.08/MENKES/4242/2021, Number 440-717 of 2021 concerning Guidelines for Implementation of Learning in the COVID-19 Pandemic Period and for educational units that carry out face-to-face learning is limited to a maximum capacity of 50 percent, except for:1. 3. Activities in the Sector of Daily Needs. Supermarkets, traditional markets, people's markets, grocery stores, and supermarkets that sell daily necessities: - Operational hours are limited to 21.00 WIB with a visitor capacity of 50 percent, and with stricter implementation of health protocols, especially wholesale markets can operate according to operating hours; and- Supermarkets and hypermarkets are required to use the Peduli Protect application starting September 14, 2021.

b. Pharmacies and drug stores: Can be open 24 hours, with stricter implementation of health protocols.

c. People's markets that sell non-daily necessities: Can operate with a maximum capacity of 50% (fifty percent), and operating hours are limited to 17.00 WIB, with stricter implementation of health protocols.

d. Street vendors, grocery stores, voucher agents/outlets, barbershops/barbershops, laundry, hawkers, small workshops, vehicle washes and others like: Allowed to open and operating hours until 21.00 WIB with stricter health protocol implementation .

4. Eating/drinking activities in public places (a) Food stalls/warteg, street vendors, hawker stalls and the like: Allowed to open and receive dine-in until 21.00 WIB with a maximum of 50 percent of the capacity for visitors to eat and a maximum meal time of 60 minutes with stricter implementation of health protocols.

(b) Restaurants/restaurants, cafes located in closed buildings/shops in separate locations: A trial will be conducted following the health protocol, and the list of companies participating in this trial is determined by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy with settings as follows:1. Can receive dine-in with operating hours up to 21.00 WIB and a maximum capacity of 50 percent, 1 table for a maximum of 2 people, and a maximum meal time of 60 minutes by following the health protocols that have been regulated by the Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Tourism and Economy Creative, and the Ministry of Health;2. Mandatory to use the PeduliLindung application to screen all visitors and employees; and3. The list of companies that will participate in this trial is determined by the Ministry of Trade, and the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy.

c. Restaurants/restaurants, cafes with outdoor service areas- Allowed to open:1. With strict health protocols until 21.00 WIB;2. With a maximum capacity of 50 percent; 3. 1 table maximum of 2 people;4. Maximum feeding time 60 minutes; and5. It is mandatory to use the PeduliLindung application to screen all visitors and employees.

5. Activities in shopping centers/malls/trade centers:- Shopping centers/malls/trade centers:1. Maximum capacity of 50 percent and operating hours until 21.00 WIB with due observance of the provisions in number (3) letter (a) and number (4) letter (b) and with the health protocol regulated by the Ministry of Trade; Mandatory to use the PeduliLindung application to screen all visitors and employees of related shopping centers/malls/trade centers;3. Restaurants/restaurants, cafes inside shopping centers/malls/trade centers can accept dine-in with a maximum capacity of 50 percent, 1 table for a maximum of 2 people, and a maximum meal time of 60 minutes; Residents under the age of 12 are prohibited from entering shopping centers/malls/trade centers; and5. Cinemas, children's playgrounds and entertainment venues within shopping centers/malls/trade centers are closed.

6. Construction Activities- Construction sites for public infrastructure (construction sites and project sites): Operates 100 percent with operating hours and capacity settings, with stricter implementation of health protocols.- Non-infrastructure construction sites for the public: Allowed to operate a maximum of 30 people by implementing stricter health protocols.

7. Worship activities- Places of worship (mosques, prayer rooms, churches, temples, monasteries and pagodas and other places that function as places of worship): Can hold congregational worship/religious activities during the PPKM Level 3 period with a maximum of 50 percent capacity or 50 people with implement health protocols more strictly and pay attention to technical arrangements from the Ministry of Religion.

8. Activities at health care facilities - Health care facilities: 100 percent operational, with stricter implementation of health protocols.

9. Activities in public areas and other places that can cause crowds.- Public facilities, public areas, public parks, public tourist attractions and other public areas: Temporarily closed- Certain tourist attractions:1. Following the health protocols regulated by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, and the Ministry of Health;2. Operational hours until 21.00 WIB;3. Mandatory to use the PeduliLindung application to screen all visitors and employees; 4. Children under the age of 12 are prohibited from entering the attractions under this trial; and5. The list of tourist attractions participating in this trial is determined by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy.

- Wedding reception venues: Can be held with a maximum of 20 invitations and do not eat on-site by implementing stricter health protocols - Locations for arts, culture, and social activities that can cause crowds and crowds: Temporarily closed. - Sports facilities:1. Sports activities in closed rooms, sports activities carried out in groups and sports competitions are temporarily closed; 2. Especially for sports facilities in open spaces, they can operate with the following conditions: (a) Operational hours are up to 21.00 WIB, without spectators with stricter implementation of health protocols; (b) Performed in open spaces (outdoor) either individually or in small groups maximum 4 (four) people, do not involve physical contact with other people and do not routinely require close individual interaction, can be implemented with the implementation of strict health protocols; (c) Outdoor sports facilities are permitted with 50 percent of the maximum capacity of people; (d) Masks must be worn during sports activities, except for sports activities that require removing the mask, such as swimming. For sports activities that require removing masks, the masks can only be removed when carrying out sports activities; (e) Temperature checks are carried out for everyone who enters the sports facilities; (f) Restaurants/restaurants and cafes within sports facilities are allowed to receive meals at a place (dine in) with a maximum capacity of 25 percent and a maximum meal time of 60 minutes; (g) Supporting facilities such as lockers, VIP rooms, and bathrooms are not permitted to be used except for toilet access; (h) Users of sports facilities are not allowed to gather before or after after sports activities and must maintain a distance; (i) Screening for visitors at sports facilities must use the PeduliLindung application; and (j) Sports facilities that violate the health protocol will be subject to sanctions in the form of temporary closure.

10. Activities on transportation modes- Public transportation, mass transportation, taxis (conventional and online) and rental/rental vehicles: Maximum passengers 50 percent of capacity, with stricter implementation of health protocols;- Ojek (online and base): Application of protocols health more closely.
