Nganjuk Police Make Sure Indomaret Doesn't Lose IDR 4 Million When The CB Community Rests

The Warujayeng Sector Police, Nganjuk Regency, East Java, said that there were no complaints from the Indomaret supermarket whose videos went viral because many members of the CB community ate and slept in the shop area.

Warujayeng Police Chief Kompol Lilik Suharyono sent his members to conduct an investigation related to viral video information circulating on social media related to the large number of members of the CB community who eat and sleep in the shop area.

Information circulating there are losses experienced by supermarkets.

"We investigated and investigated members by checking the viral news field, there was no looting. What should have been audited once a month, on December 7 just an audit, there was information that the day was also conducted an audit from the store and there were no losses. Even if there is a loss, he will make a report," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, December 17.

He revealed that at that time there was an incident, namely the CB motorcycle community meeting at Warujayeng Stadium, Nganjuk Regency, Saturday (14/12). The committee has also applied for permission. The activity agenda starts from morning to night with several events such as blood donation, compensation, said the Al Quran Holy Book to the music stage which is held at night.

He also added that the situation at that time for Warujayeng District, Nganjuk Regency since the morning was raining, but at night when the rain performance had subsided. However, the result of the rain caused the conditions on the ground to become dirty. There are many puddles of water, especially many vehicles.

He said the stadium's capacity was able to accommodate up to 500 thousand people. However, it is possible that more than that could come. They are the CB motorcycle community from Nganjuk and its surroundings, several cities in East Java, to outside East Java.

The police chief added that before there was viral news, he had asked the event committee to participate in maintaining the situation so that it would be conducive by not bringing any attributes. In fact, if someone raises a friend during the music performance, they are asked to be immediately reprimanded so that later things don't happen that they don't want.

Regarding the large number of community members who stopped at supermarkets, he said the store could not refuse them in the store, because they were also consumers.

"They are services, so maybe consumers come and it is impossible to refuse or expel unless the outlets are closed," he said.

Although thousands of people packed the location, the Sector Police Chief said the event went smoothly. However, there are also reports of loss.

The Warujayeng Police received at least five loss complaints such as losing their cell phones. Currently, the report file is still in process.

"If the traffic flow runs in an orderly and smooth manner, starting from coming and going home," he said.

He said this event was actually routinely held. However, this time it went viral. The participants in the previous activity took shelter and even slept in a makeshift place.

The supermarket shop is also only open for about a month, so it is possible for visitors to choose to go to a supermarket on the sidelines of the event.

Meanwhile, from the monitoring of supermarkets, their activities are normal. As for the event committee, they are also still cleaning the stadium area from the remains of waste material.
