Kejari Opens Opportunity To Call Harda Kiswaya Regarding Corruption Of Sleman Tourism Grant Funds

SLEMAN - The Sleman District Attorney (Kejari) continues to investigate the alleged corruption case of tourism grant funds in 2020. Most recently, there were figures of former Sleman Regents for the 2010-2021 period, Sri Purnomo and Raudi Akmal who were members of the Sleman DPRD from the PAN faction who had been questioned at that time.

The head of the Sleman District Attorney's Office (Kejari), Bambang Yunianto, said that the investigation stage of the tourism grant case was still ongoing. His party will still conduct further investigations of the various new information obtained. His party also ensures that there will still be summons to other figures suspected of knowing the case.

"There must be (other summons), we are still continuing, this is still ongoing and surely later when the suspect is determined, he will officially release it," he told reporters when confirmed by telephone, Sunday, December 15.

"What is clear is that we are still investigating it, we are examining it to convince investigators later in carrying out the next steps," he added.

As is known from the information circulating, that Harda Kiswaya is the head of the coaching team in the structure of the tourism grant activity in the context of national economic recovery for the 2020 fiscal year.

The appointment of Harda Kiswaya as chairman was determined through two decrees from the Sleman Regent, namely Number 82.2/Kep.KDH/A/2020 on November 25, 2020 and Number 87.4/Kep.KDH/A/2020 on December 4, 2020.

During the implementation of tourism grant activities in 2020, Harda Kiswaya also served as Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Sleman Regency.

As the head coach of the implementing team, Harda Kiswaya and his members are on duty, including providing direction in the preparation of the budget plan and drafting a working reference framework which will later serve as a guideline for activities and be realized in the Regent Regulation (Perbup).

Harda Kiswaya also invited and signed Perbup Number 49 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Providing Tourism Grants on November 27, 2020, which became the basis for the distribution of grant funds.

This Perbup then became the basis for technical implementation of the distribution of tourism grant funds in Sleman Regency which was finally found and handled by the Sleman District Attorney until now.
