MBZ Toll Corruption Case, AGO Examines President Director Of PT Aria Jasa Rekantama

The Attorney General's Office (AGO) has examined four witnesses in the investigation of the alleged corruption case of the construction of the Jakarta-Cikampek (Japek) II Toll Road to West Karawang or known as MBZ. One of them, President Director of PT Aria Jasa Reksatama.

"Investigating MM as the President Director of PT Aria Jasa Reksatama," said Head of the AGO, Harli Siregar in his statement, Friday, September 20.

Meanwhile, the other three witnesses who were also questioned were FR, who is the Head of the Japek II Elevated Project for the period January 2018 to 2020; EM as the Technical Coordinator of PT Delta Global Structure; and SBS as the Administration Staff of PT Delta Global Structure.

However, it was not clearly conveyed what investigators from the four witnesses studied.

It is only stated that their examination process will take place on Thursday, September 19. The four witnesses have answered all the questions asked by the investigative team.

"The witness examination was carried out to strengthen the evidence and complete the filing in the case," said Harli.

In handling this case, the AGO is known to have named five suspects, one of whom has the initials DP as Waskita-Acset's operational cooperation (KSO) power.

Meanwhile, the other four suspects are the President Director (Director) of Jasamarga Jalanlayang Cikampek (JJC) Djoko Dwijono, Chairman of the Auction Committee PT JJC Yudhi Mahyudin, Director of Operations of PT Bukaka Teknik Utama Sofiah Balfas, and former Expert Staff of the PT LAPI Ganeshama Consulting Bridge, Tony Budianto Sihite.

The four of them have undergone a judicial process. Where, the panel of judges sentenced them to 4 years in prison.
