Kaesang Ensures PSI Does Not Participate In The Mixed Affairs Of Gibran And PDIP

JAKARTA - Chairman of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) Kaesang Pangarep said his party did not want to interfere in the affairs of his brother Gibran Rakabuming Raka with PDIP. Kaesang responded to a statement from the Chairman of the Honorary Division of the PDIP DPP, Komarudin Watubun, who said that his party fired Gibran Rakabuming Raka after being the vice president's reading of Prabowo Subianto, a narrative would appear. "Yes, I will return it again, that's another party kitchen business, PSI does not interfere in that," said Kaesang at the PSI DPP Office, Central Jakarta, as reported by Antara, Wednesday, November 1. However, Kaesang is ready to accept Gibran to his party if the Mayor of Solo, Central Java, is no longer a PDIP cadre. "Oh yes, it's very open, many times saying that coming here is very open," said Kaesang. On Monday, October 30, Gibran himself admitted that he had obtained permission from the Chairperson of the PDIP DPP Puan Maharani to compete in the 2024 Presidential Election. "My media friends have said many times. About two weeks ago I met Mbak Puan and Pak Arsjad (Chairman of the Ganjar Pranowo National Winning Team in the 2024 presidential election, Arsjad Rasjid, ed.)," he said in Solo, Central Java. At the meeting, he admitted that he had obtained permission from the two to participate in the election contest next year. "He has both given me permission to compete. I don't need to repeat it again," he said. Regarding his membership in PDIP which was questioned by a number of parties, including the Chairman of the Surakarta City PDIP Branch Leadership Council (DPC) FX Hadi Rudyatmo, in the near future he will meet with the person concerned. "He's already my WA, later I'll find a schedule. So that the schedule doesn't overlap with each other," he said.

Including regarding requests from a number of PDIP cadres who asked Gibran to return his membership card (KTA), he will discuss it with FX Rudy.
