Anwar inaugurated Wahiduddin Adams from the elements of constitutional judges, Jimly Asshiddiqie from elements of community leaders, and Bintan R. Saragih from academic elements with legal backgrounds. The three MKMK members were determined based on Decree (SK) Number 10 of 2023 concerning the Establishment and Membership of the MKMK in 2023 dated 23 October 2023.
