Prosecutorscar Talks Of Crown Witnesses With Former Director Of BAKTI Regarding The Initials 'AQ' Behind The Rp40 Billion Money Flow To BPK

The Public Prosecutor (JPU) questioned witness Irwan Herwaman regarding a conversation with the former President Director (Director) of BAKTI Kominfo about a person with the initials AQ who was said to be related to the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK).

Irwan Herwaman is a crown witness for the accused President Director of PT Mora Telematika Indonesia Galumbang Menak Simanjuntak.

It started when the prosecutor mentioned the existence of a short message application group Telegram containing witnesses with Galumbang and Anang Achmad Latif. However, Irwan admitted that he did not remember it.

"Don't remember," said Irwan during a trial at the Corruption Court at the Central Jakarta District Court, October 23.

"Don't remember, brother, remember that there were findings for the project palapa ring, the palapa ring was Rp330 billion. You don't remember?" said the prosecutor.

"Don't remember," replied Irwan.

"Do you remember that there was then a threat from the BPK regarding data that was never given, submitted to the BPK?" said the prosecutor.

However, Irwan admitted that he could not remember it. Hearing this statement, the prosecutor read out the BAP which contained his conversation with Anang Achmad Latif.

The conversation discussed the figure of AQ who was called 'person' of the BPK.

"Now I don't remember it, at the time in the group, Anang said, 'it seems that you need to accept AQ from me', then your answer is 'not now, not now boss, stop first' you still remember the conversation?" asked the prosecutor.

"Don't remember," replied Irwan.

"Who do you mean by AQ at the BPK?" said the prosecutor.

"I never spoke," Irwan claimed.

The prosecutor then touched on the flow of Rp40 billion which had been handed over to the party or BPK representative.

"Do you know who Anang means as AQ at the BPK?" asked the prosecutor.

"No," replied Irwan.

"Do you know that the Rp40 billion that was handed over through Sadikin to the BPK for whom?", said the prosecutor.

"For whom I don't know," said Irwan.

Meanwhile, during the trial process, the flow of funds for the alleged 4G Kominfo BTS corruption case emerged to the BPK. This was revealed based on information from Windi Purnama when testifying for the defendants Johnny G. Plate, Anang Achmad Latif and Yohan Suryanto.

Windi said that she had given Rp40 billion to a person named Sadikin Rusli who was referred to as an intermediary or BPK representative.
