Anies Baswedan - Muhaimin Iskandar Arrived At RSPAD To Undergo Health Tests

JAKARTA - The pair for presidential and vice presidential candidates Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar arrived at the Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital, Central Jakarta to take a series of health tests scheduled by the Indonesian KPU on Saturday, October 21.

The Anies-Muhaimin pair who were promoted by the NasDem Party, PKB and PKS did not come to Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital at the same time. Muhaimin Iskandar first came using an SUV with police number B 1 PKB at around 06.50 WIB.

Meanwhile, Anies Baswedan came in a different car with police number B 7777 AR at around 07.00. Both of them were compact wearing white shirts and dark pants.

"I have been fasting since 08.00 WIB and ready to take this medical test," said Anies Baswedan.

Meanwhile, Muhaimin Iskandar said he was fasting to take a series of these health tests.

"Last night I filled out the requested form," he said.

The Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital together with the Indonesian KPU have made preparations regarding the schedule for the health check for the couple.

The chairman of the Indonesian KPU Hasyim Asy'ari arrived earlier at around 06.25 WIB. In addition, other members of the Indonesian KPU Betty Epsilon Idroos, Mochammad, Afifuddin, Parsadaan Harahap, Yulianto Sudrajat, Idham Holik and August Mellaz are already in the hospital.

The Anies-Muhaimin pair will take a series of health tests as presidential and vice presidential candidates starting from 07.00 WIB to 17.15 WIB on Saturday, October 21.

Previously, the Indonesian KPU scheduled presidential/vice presidential candidate pair Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar (Cak Imin) and Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD this weekend, on October 21 and 22, 2023 at the Gatot Subroto Army Hospital.

"Based on the discussion of the meeting between the KPU and the health examination team at the Gatot Subroto Army Hospital, for prospective pairs of candidates registered at the first opportunity, a medical examination will be carried out at the RSPAD on Saturday (21/10)," said Chairman of the Indonesian KPU Hasyim Asy'ari after registering a candidate for president/vice president at the Indonesian KPU Office, Jakarta, Thursday (19/10).
