Prabowo Will Attend Gerindra Consolidation In Sukoharjo Which Also Invites Gibran

SOLO - Chairman of the Gerindra DPC for Surakarta City, Ardianto Kuswinarno, confirmed that Prabowo Subianto will attend the party consolidation which will be held in Solo Baru, Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java, Sunday (15/10).

When met after meeting with the Mayor of Surakarta, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, Ardianto said that the event would invite a number of regional heads, one of which was Gibran.

"He is the regional head and we will have a lot to discuss with him," he said, quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, October 10.

However, Ardianto did not officially convey what the discussion was about. When asked about the discussion about Gibran being paired with Prabowo as vice presidential candidate, he did not convey anything definite.

"Well, the answer lies with him. Thank God, he has a lot of support from all regions. The regions hope that if he can accompany Mr. Prabowo to become his representative," said Ardianto.

Apart from Prabowo, the activity will also be attended by the Daily Chair of the Gerindra DPP Sufmi Dasco Ahmad and the Secretary General (Sekjen) of the Gerindra Party Ahmad Muzani.

Regarding the agenda for this event, according to him, it is an internal consolidation of the party towards the 2024 elections. The plan is that this event will also be attended by all Gerindra cadres throughout Central Java.

Meanwhile, Gibran said he could not confirm whether he would come to the event.

"I don't know, I already said I wanted to go to Jakarta. I'm not from Gerindra, I'll see later," he said separately.
