PKB-NasDem Agree To Form A National Team To Win AMIN, The Captain Is A Figure From Outside

JAKARTA - The National Awakening Party (PKB) and the NasDem Party agreed to form the National Team (Timnas) for the Victory of Anies Baswedan and Muhaimin Iskandar or Cak Imin (AMIN).

"Alhamdulillah, we have made, decided, determined, the AMIN Winning National Team. So the name is the AMIN Winning National Team (Change Coalition)," said PKB Secretary General Hasanuddin Wahid at a press conference at the PKB DPP office, Jakarta, reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, September 13.

The AMIN Winning National Team was formed after the two parties held a consolidation meeting held at the PKB headquarters.

Hasanuddin said the AMIN Winning National Team would be the "backbone" for the work of achieving and tapping the support of the Indonesian people to voluntarily win the Anies-Muhaimin pair.

When asked who would lead the AMIN Winning National Team, Hasanuddin said " good luck the national team" would not come from PKB and the NasDem Party.

"What is certain is that it is not from PKB or NasDem, God willing, the captain will come from outside these two parties. There must be a figure who will make media friends happy and it is true that like Pak Surya Paloh said, welcome to diversity politics. So the captain can reflect the diversity and the second can make sure this pair wins," he said.

In addition, Hasanuddin also said that PKB and the NasDem Party agreed to continue using the name of the AMIN coalition pair, namely the Change Coalition.

"The coalition names of the Anies Baswedan and Cak Imin pairs are the Coalition for Change," said Hasanuddin.
