Anggiat also suspects that Caucasians are depressed due to the influence of their drugs. When they run out of medicine, they can't buy it at a local pharmacy. In addition, the condition that might make Caucasians depressed while in Bali.

"There is a possibility because of the influence of drugs, when entering (to Bali) because they are under the control of their medicines (such as) healthy. So far the medicines are not available, they are, mentally disturbed. Moreover, maybe there is a trigger, maybe breaking up with his girlfriend while here, or running out of money, or experiencing a disaster, he added (strong)," he said.

In order to anticipate Caucasians who are desperate to be naked in public, Immigration mentions the need for tightening supervision at the entrance to Bali.
