3 Months Remaining In Office, Ganjar Boosts The Realization Of Domestic Product Expenditures

SURAKARTA - In the remaining three months of office, Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo has boosted the realization of domestic product expenditures (PDN) for Central Java Province this year.

He is also ready to provide assistance to districts/cities with the realization of low absorption of domestic product spending.

"First, we tried to carry out the President's orders through LKPP, so Mr. Hendi came here for a briefing to us. This is performance after we held goods and services with e-catalog. It turns out that the data comparison was much more efficient. Next, our task is to encourage all districts/cities to be able to work together," said Ganjar Thursday, August 24.

The event was also attended by the Head of the Government Goods/Services Procurement Policy Institute (LKPP) Hendrar Prihadi. Ganjar explained that the realization of Central Java Provincial Government's domestic product expenditures still had to be increased again.

"The target is very large national spending, we haven't reached it, we will pursue at least 50 percent of the target. If this goes on, integrity is maintained, more transparent, more accountable at very reasonable and cheap prices," said Ganjar.

Based on data, as of August 18, 2023, the realization of Central Java Provincial Government PDN spending has reached IDR 2.829 billion or around 36.79 percent of the total target. Meanwhile, for districts/cities, the five highest local governments for realization are Semarang City, Surakarta City, Grobogan Regency, Boyolali Regency, and Cilacap Regency. While the five lowest areas are Magelang City, Tegal City, Pemalang Regency, Pekalongan City, and Purbalingga Regency.

"We ask to consolidate areas that are still low. We provide assistance. Usually there are only two problems, will and technique," he said.

"We will submit it technically, but if the will is a political matter. I will continue to talk and we will ask for directions from the LKPP. This is the President's order, you know, nationally, the use of domestic products does not want to. Later we will help," continued Ganjar.

The consolidation of procurement, Ganjar continued, encourages low prices or consumers to be given the best prices. On that occasion, Ganjar Pranowo launched a consolidation of two procurements, namely the PDH uniform for local government employees and school uniforms.

"So yesterday, how many school uniforms protested, after all, with negotiations it could be cheaper. So far, we don't want to negotiate why, so we can't get cheap prices. Even though we can get something much better and the efficiency is very high," he said.

This will continue to be socialized by Ganjar Pranowo and his staff in Central Java Province to the district/we government. Including inviting more MSMEs to become Central Java Blangkon participants

"So we invite these small ones to be involved. If they are involved and can be included in the local e-catalog then we will be very fast," he said.

Blangkon Central Java itself has proven to have had a significant impact on participating business actors. Based on data from Blangkon Central Java as of August 23, 2023, there were 101,785 transactions with a transaction value of Rp570 billion.

Meanwhile, the total products that have been broadcast on the marketplace are 378,212 products. Hundreds of these products come from 9,080 service providers consisting of 4,400 business entities and 4,680 non-business entities.

In the event, Ganjar also handed over awards to service providers or service providers in Blangkon, Central Java. The awards were divided into three categories. Awards for the category of non-business service providers with the most turnover were given to the Ngudi Makmur I Farmer Group, Gapoktan Tunas Sejahtera, and Gapoktan Tani Mulyo.

Awards for the category of service providers for business entities with the most turnover were given to CV Amrita Jayasari, PT Prima Data Semesta, and CV Raya Solusindo.

Meanwhile, the category of non-business service providers with the highest number of transactions was given to Snack and Makan Warung Mbah Win, UD Dodo Jaya, and UD Pitik Cilik. In addition, it was also given an award to the Blangkon Central Java participants who are local governments.
