Regarding the recess, Eddy said the implementation procedure was in accordance with the stipulated rules, including catering, which had all been prepared by the committee.

"Most importantly, we apologize to the affected communities, this is not intentional, there is no intention of doing anything wrong, or misusing. We have carried out the procedures in accordance with the instructions and conditions outlined," he said.
He revealed that the catering had been prepared by the committee which is usually used for activities at the Cimahi City Government (Pemkot), so he did not know how to appoint the catering vendor.
