Wali Nanggroe Hopes Ganjar Pays Attention To Aceh If Elected By President 2024

PDIP President, Ganjar Pranowo received a visit from Wali Nanggroe Aceh, His Excellency Tgk. Malik Mahmud Al Haythar, in Semarang, Tuesday, July 18. During the visit, Wali Nanggroe expressed his hope to Ganjar if he was later elected President of Indonesia.

Arriving at his residence after a working visit to Demak Regency, Ganjar immediately greeted Wali Nanggroe who had been waiting for him in the room. The conversation between the two lasted casually for almost two hours.

"Very happy and proud to be accepted by the Governor, he has also visited Aceh. This is my return visit with him," said Wali Nanggroe after the meeting.

Tgk. Malik said, in the conversation the two discussed several things. Among them are about developments in Aceh. Wali Nanggroe hopes that in the future when Ganjar is elected president, he can pay more attention to Serambi Mecca.

"We're just talking about normal things, problems that this man becomes president to Aceh. Help us, we'll talk about it," he said.

Wali Nanggroe said that this hope was conveyed to Ganjar because according to him Ganjar was worthy of being President of Indonesia in 2024.

"Theosoknya memang layak, jadi presiden menurut saya," tandasnya.

Meanwhile, read PDIP President Ganjar Pranowo appreciated the reply visit from Wali Nanggroe. Ganjar admitted that he had received a lot of perspective from Wali Nanggroe after the meeting.

"How do we build Aceh. There is already a law, but more serious implementation is needed for the welfare of the Acehnese people," he said.

The two-term Central Java governor said the potential for development in Aceh was very large. Not to mention, geographically, the location of the province, which is thousands of cities in Banda Aceh, is close to several neighboring countries.

"So we hope that in the future some programs that must be carried out in Aceh will really be more effective in particular for the people," he said.

In addition, Ganjar also sees natural resources in Aceh as also potential to be developed. It's just that, with specialities, regions need a good implementation.

"So how do we manage this we discussed earlier. Yes, sharing information, of course, he gave us quite a lot of input for us to think about Aceh in the future, and I am very happy," he said.
