JAKARTA - The Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenpora RI) together with the Ministry of Culture, Society and Youth of the Republic of Singapore continue to strengthen relations and improve the quality and insight of youth from both countries through the Singapore Indonesia Youth Leaders Exchange Program (SIYLEP) 2023.
SIYLEP, which has been taking place since 2017 through the Singapore National Youth Council, was again attended by 20 youth delegates from Singapore and 34 youth delegates from various provinces in Indonesia with the theme Youth Volunteerism.
This year's SIYLEP series of activities include Pre-Departure Training which was attended by 34 Indonesian youth delegates from 15 to 18 July 2023 at the Ciputra Hotel, Jakarta. Furthermore, 1 Delegation Chairperson and 34 Indonesian youth delegates will carry out activities in Singapore from 18 to 23 July 2023 (Singapore Phase), as well as Re-entry on 23 to 24 July 2023.
