Anticipating Homeless Attacking The Distribution Of Sacrificial Meat, 83 P3S Social Service Officers Guard The Istiqlal Mosque

JAKARTA - Dozens of Supervision and Control Service Officers (P3S) of the Central Jakarta Social Service Sub-dept. (Sudinsos) were deployed in a number of mosques in the Central Jakarta area which are vulnerable points for the existence of PPKS.

This is to prevent the need for Social Welfare Services (PPKS) at the 1444 H Eid al-Adha Celebration.

"We distributed P3S officers in a number of mosques including in Istiqlal. We prevented PPKS from entering Central Jakarta, especially during the Eid al-Adha celebration," said Head of the Central Jakarta Social Sub-dept., Abdul Salam when contacted, Thursday, June 29.

In addition, Salam said, the Istiqlal mosque and other mosques were also guarded from the Eid prayer to the process of slaughtering sacrificial animals.

This step is to prevent PPKS such as homeless people, beggars, buskers, manusia gerobak.

"There were 83 officers deployed, apart from them guarding the location, there were also mobile officers," he said.

The Central Jakarta Social Service Agency will coordinate with the Central Jakarta Satpol PP in guarding the mosque that holds slaughtering sacrificial animals.
