Regarding The Head Of The Ganjar Team, Hasto: We Are Looking For Figures Who Understand Electoral

Secretary General of the PDI-P (PDIP) Hasto Kristiyanto said there are special criteria for the chairman of the success team (timses) Ganjar Pranowo in the 2024 presidential election. Apart from being young, this figure must know about electoral matters.

This is in response to the opportunity of former TNI Commander General (ret) Andika Perkasa as team head. This name is a figure who is included in the list of PDIP DPP Chairperson Puan Maharani.

"Regarding the winning team, of course, a leader will be looking for a leader who can unite, a leader who also understands the electoral aspect. Especially also becomes a symbol of the success of young Indonesians," Hasto told reporters at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium (SUGBK), Senayan, Central Jakarta, Saturday, June 24.

Meanwhile, regarding Andika, Hasto said there was intense communication. However, the discussion about timses was only discussed after Ganjar's deputy assistant candidate was determined.

"So we have communicated intensely, once the vice presidential candidate is determined there will be a winning team leader," he said.

Meanwhile, regarding the vice presidential candidate, PDIP still needs to have a dialogue with the political party that carries Ganjar Pranowo, namely PPP, Hanura, and Perindo.

"Of course, with Mas Prananda, Ms. Puan Maharani, and the current three party leaders. Mr. Mardiono from PPP, then Mr. Oso from Hanura, and friends who are very important in air power, namely Perindo Hary Tanoe," he said.

It is known that Andika Perkasa's name has recently been said to have joined PDIP as a cadre. Not only that, he is said to be one of the candidates for the chairman of Ganjar Pranowo's success team.

"Yes, I was assigned to later form a team. (The name Andika Perkasa, ed) is on my list," said PDIP DPP Chair Puan Maharani when she visited the preparations for the Bung Karno Month Peak celebration at Gelora Bung Karno Stadium (GBK), Jakarta, Thursday, June 22.

This issue became more intense after Andika made a pilgrimage to the grave of the First President of the Republic of Indonesia Soekarno. This moment coincided with the day of Bung Karno's death as well as in the 53rd series of Haul Bung Karno events.

On that occasion, he was also accompanied by the Chairman of the PDI-P DPP who is also the former Mayor of Blitar Djarot Saiful Hidayat, a member of the House of Representatives from the PDI-P faction Andreas Pareira, the Chairman of the Soekarno Education Foundation, Romy Hendra Rahtomo Soekarno, and the Chairman of the Soekarno Education Foundation, Dade Marhaendra.
