West Java Police Traffic Director Kombes Wibowo said as many as 129 personnel had been certified and took an assessment so that not all police officers could do a ticket.

According to him, the certified personnel have taken an integrity test, compliance, self-control, and several other tests. He hopes that through these special personnel there will be no more violations committed by members of the police when they take action against traffic violators.
"If people are disciplined, we don't get a ticket, this is what we do in order for the community itself, that road is for all, for other road users. This is what we have to guarantee safety," he said.
