The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has confiscated 5 luxury cars in the case of alleged bribery in case management at the Supreme Court. One of the five luxury cars is the Toyota Land Cruiser 300 GR-S 4x4 AT with police number B 2709 SJ.

Based on the search, the owner of the Land Cruiser GR Sport car is Sazitta Damara Arwin. The luxury car released in 2022 for IDR 3,825,000,000 is located at Jalan Petogogan I Gang V, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. The VOI team searched for the address.

Arriving at the location, the house appears to be close to the river and can only be passed by motorbikes. It is certain that the road cannot be passed by four-wheeled vehicles.

Uyung, Sazitta's uncle, said his nephew had lived in his house but Sazitta decided to move after getting married two years ago.

"Sazitta has lived here for a long time, but after marriage he has not lived here. Since junior high school, high school, he has studied here for several years," said Uyung when interviewed at his residence.

Uyung revealed that Sazitta works as a private employee in a company. However, he did not know about Sazitta's position.

"He works in a private company, only for his position or workplace I don't know," he said.

During his stay with Sazitta, he said his nephew never had a car.

"Nothing, my nephew here doesn't have a car, where do you want to park. Use all motorbikes," said Uyung.

"Hopefully the news will be straightened out, yes, because it interferes with comfort. I don't know if the problem is used, I don't know," he concluded.

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) confiscated five cars suspected of being related to bribery in case management at the Supreme Court (MA). Two of them are Ferrari California in red and McLaren MP4-12C 3.8 in yellow.

"That's right (the confiscation was carried out, ed)," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters, Monday, May 15.

The vehicle's connection has not been detailed. However, Ali confirmed that the five confiscated cars were evidence of the alleged bribery that recently ensnared MA Secretary Hasbi Hasan.

"The evidence in question is used for the development of an investigation which is currently being completed by the KPK," he said.

The following five cars confiscated by the KPK:

- One unit of Ferrari Type California brand car, metallic red, Police Number B 324 BBB- One unit of McLaren brand car, Type MP4-12C 3.8, Volcano Yellow color, Police Number B 1 STN- One unit of Hyundai type Creta Prime 1.5 AT brand car, black, Police Number B 1682 DFW- One unit of Mitsubishi X Pandar 15 L Sport 4x2 car Police Number B 2899- One unit of Toyota Type Land Cruiser 300 GR-S 4x4 AT Police Number B 2709 SJ

The KPK has named Hasbi Hasan and Dadan as new suspects for alleged bribery in case management at the Supreme Court. Dadan is suspected of playing a role as a broker.

This role began when Dadan became a debtor of the Intidana Intidana Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP), Heryanto Tanaka, had a case at the Supreme Court. He asked Dadan to help him deal with cases that were being processed.

Furthermore, Dadan then asked for some money for the management of the case in the Supreme Court. The bribe money then allegedly flowed to several parties.

Previously, Hasbi's involvement was detected after his name was mentioned in the indictments of Theodorus Yosep Parera and Eko Suparno who are lawyers. Mentioned, he helped in managing the case in the Supreme Court with the intermediary Commissioner of PT Wika Beton Dadan Tri Yudianto.

Meanwhile, in the case of bribery in case of case management, 15 suspects have been named. They are Judicial Judge Edy Wibowo; Supreme Court Justice Gazalba Saleh; Judicial Judge Prasetio Nugroho; and Gazalba staff, Redhy Novarisza.

Other suspects, namely Supreme Court Justice Sudrajad Dimyati; Judicial Judge or substitute clerk Elly Tri Pangestu; two state civil servants (ASN) at the Maksa Desy Yustria and Muhajir Habibie; as well as two ASN in the Supreme Court, Nurmanto Akmal and Albasri.

Then, lawyers Yosep Parera and Eko Suparno as well as debtors of Intidana Heryanto Tanaka Savings and Loans Cooperatives Debtor Ivan Dwi Kusuma Sujanto were also named as suspects.

Finally, the KPK also appointed the Chairman of the Sandi Karya Hospital Foundation (RS) Makassar (SKM), Wahyu Hardi. He is suspected of giving Rp3.7 billion to Edy Wibowo so that the hospital is not declared bankrupt at the cassation level.
