The officer then interrogated AA and admitted that the evidence belonged to him.

"The alleged abuse of marijuana (AA) type narcotics said that there were still more cannabis plants in the coffee plantation in South OKU," he also said.

With the information from the perpetrators, joint personnel from the Narcotics Unit and the West Lampung Police Satsamapta, led by Iptu Jhoni, carried out developments related to information on the existence of the cannabis plant in the coffee plantation.

Iptu Jhoni revealed that now the perpetrator AA along with the evidence were brought to the West Lampung Police for further investigation.

"The perpetrator AA has committed a criminal act of narcotics abuse of marijuana as referred to in Article 114 paragraph (1) or Article 111 paragraph (1) of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics is threatened with imprisonment for a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 12 years," he concluded.
