Mustopa Pelaku Penembakan Di Kantor MUI Punya Mutasi Rp800 Juta Meskipun Hanya Seorang Petani

JAKARTA - The Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK) found a suspicious transaction from the account of Mustopa the shooter at the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) Office. The value reaches Rp800 million.

"It's true (Rp 800 million, red), the total mutation in the account concerned," said Public Relations of PPATK Natsir Kongah to VOI, Friday, May 5.

The value of the mutation is not in one transaction, but since two years ago. The transaction was considered suspicious because it did not match Mustopa's background.

Meanwhile, PPATK Head Ivan Yustiavandana also said that the mutation value was very significant when compared to Mustopa's profile.

Based on the identity card (KTP) found, Mustopa has a job as a farmer or planter.

"(The transaction value, ed) is not in accordance with the profile concerned," said Ivan.

Mustopa carried out a shooting at the MUI office, Menteng, Central Jakarta on Tuesday, May 2 at around 10.30 WIB.

Referring to the letter found, the shooting was allegedly because Mustopa felt disappointed. Because, his wish for justice cannot be achieved.

However, Mustopa died after carrying out the shooting. The cause is unknown.
