JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Inspector Syaefuloh Hidayat revealed the progress of the flexing case of family officials from the North Jakarta Public Housing and Settlement Area (PrkP Sub-Department), Selvy Mandagi.

"In principle, the inspection process is carried out objectively. That is, we must be careful in gathering evidence," he said.
Syaefuloh explained, if there is a violation, the DKI Provincial Government will impose sanctions according to regulations, namely Government Regulation Number 94 of 2021 concerning Civil Servant Discipline.
"If there is a disciplinary violation, we have PP 94 to determine what the light disciplinary violation is, what is the medium (violation). If it turns out to be severe, what is the punishment," said Syaefuloh.
"But if later it could be that the person concerned did not violate disciplinary action, then we must also restore (his position)," he continued.
