Agam Regency Government Provides 6 Alternative Roads To Unravel Traffic Congestion To Bukittinggi

AGAM - The Agam Regency Government, West Sumatra provides six alternative roads during the homecoming and return flow on Eid al-Fitr 1444 Hijri in unraveling traffic congestion to Bukittinggi City. Secretary of the Agam Transportation Service, Apriwandi Arlius, said that the alternative road can only be passed by two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles. "The road is suitable for vehicles to pass, but small in size, so two- and four-wheeled vehicles can only be passed," he said in Lubukbasung, quoted from Antara, Sunday, April 16. The alternative road is Lubukbasung to review Bukittinggi through Panta, Lubukbasung to Bukittinggi via Sitingkai. Meanwhile, from Pasaman Regency to Payakumbuh City, through the Gaduik intersection to Simpang Canduang, from Payakumbuh to Padang via Simpang Canduang to Pasar Kota Baru Meanwhile, from Lubukbasung to Padang Panjang via Sungai Tanang to Simpang Banuhampu Police. From Padang to Payakumbuh via the IPBD Intersection to Simpang Bugik. "We put up 60 banners for alternative road conditioning, so that motorists do not have trouble passing through the road," he said. He admitted that the alternative road was provided to reduce traffic congestion to Bukittinggi City. However, he appealed to motorists to increase their vigilance when going through these alternative roads. "Residents are also advised to increase their vigilance, because the traffic flow will be quite congested later," he said.
