In Order To Improve Residents' Comfort, Kalijodo's RPTRA Will Be Repaired Soon

JAKARTA - In order to increase the comfort of residents in public spaces, especially Green Open Space (RTH), Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono ensures that the improvement of the Child Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA) Kalijodo, North Jakarta will be carried out immediately.

While reviewing the RTH-RPTRA, Heru ordered the DKI Jakarta City Parks and Forest Service to carry out repairs and maintenance in the building and facilities.

"The Parks Service will improve things that must be treated, including repairing canopy, painting, and others," Heru said in Jakarta, Saturday.

As an effort to attract visitors, Heru asked for various routine and ceremonial activities such as the BMX bicycle championship in order to enliven the anniversary of DKI Jakarta next June.

"I ask that there be routine activities here, later I will inform you later. I ask the City Parks and Forest Service to communicate with the BMX community to hold activities, later the prize will come from me. I hope they routinely hold programs and activities, we will think about the prize later," said Heru, quoted by ANTARA, Saturday, April 8.

In the same location, Head of the DKI Jakarta City Parks and Forest Service Bayu Meghantara said that his party would immediately follow up on the direction of Acting Governor Heru in an effort to repair and maintenance, including the activation of the Kalijodo RPTRA in the near future.

"We invite the community and so on for better community activities. God willing, repairs to other walls, roofs, and facilities will be carried out after Lebaran. The funds have been budgeted," said Bayu.

During this visit, Acting Governor Heru was accompanied by North Jakarta Mayor Ali Maulana Hakim, West Jakarta Mayor Uus Kuswanto, Head of DKI Jakarta City Parks and Forest Service Bayu Meghantara and representatives of the DKI Jakarta Empowerment, Child Protection and Population Control Service (PPAPP).
