MAGELANG Sunday night, March 26, a resident of Kaliangkrik, Magelang Regency, Central Java was shocked by the sound of an explosion from a house. After being discovered, the explosion came from a house suspected of storing firecracker powder or firecracker-making material.

As a result of the incident, it was reported that one person was killed and 3 other people were injured, and 11 houses were reported damaged.

The dead victim was named Mufid (33), a stoneman. Address in Junjungan Hamlet, Giriwarno Village, Kaliangkrik District, Magelang Regency.

"It happened at 20.10 WIB," said Head of Public Relations of the Central Java Police, Kombes M. Iqbal Alqudusy, Monday morning, March 27.

Another injured victim, namely Nurhayah (41), Naela Janur (17), Nailatul (18). The injured victim was referred to the Magelang Hospital. The house that was heavily damaged belonged to the victim Mufid died and there were 4 more houses that were heavily damaged. 6 other houses were lightly damaged.

"The incident allegedly caused by an explosion of firecrackers or firecrackers," he continued.

Iqbal said the team of Jibom Gegana Brimob of the Central Java Police and the Head of Dokkes of the Central Java Police, Kombes Pol. Sumy Hastry Purwanti and the team were at the scene of the incident (TKP) to conduct a number of further investigations.
