Police To Finalize Case On Alleged Violation Of Rizieq's Public Health Center

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya will finalize the title of an investigation case on the alleged violation of the health protocol (prokes) at the wedding of Rizieq Shihab's daughter. The title of the case is said to be finished this afternoon.

"I have said from yesterday that the case title will be held today. Hopefully it will be over this afternoon," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus to reporters, Tuesday, December 8.

The results of the case title will be submitted to the police. The title of this case was carried out after Rizieq Shihab and Hanif Alatas were not present after two interrogation calls.

But there was no clear explanation regarding the title of the case, including the question of Rizieq Shihab's status.

"After finishing the title case, I will convey it to all my friends," he said.

There is also the status of the case for alleged violation of the health protocol (prokes), the wedding ceremony for Rizieq Shihab's daughter has been upgraded from investigation to investigation.

Based on the previous title of the case, the police found an alleged violation of Law number 6 of 2018 concerning Health Quarantine. Currently investigators are collecting evidence that supports the alleged violation.

Investigators are looking for evidence by examining a number of witnesses. Therefore, tomorrow the Polda Metro Jaya will examine Rizieq Shihab, his son-in-law Irfan Alaydrus and the FPI Legal Division.
