Anjasmara Allegedly Almost Becomes A Begal Victim While Cycling, Police Checks CCTV

JAKARTA - Actor Anjasmara Prasetya almost became a victim of robbery while cycling in front of Atmajaya University, Sudirman, Jakarta. The police will trace the identity of the perpetrator through surveillance camera footage.

"We are checking CCTV to find the identity of the perpetrator," said Setiabudi Police Chief AKBP I Made Sutha to reporters, Tuesday, October 20.

However, Sutha said there had been no official report to the Setiabudi Police regarding the attempted robbery that took place on Monday, 19 October. Later, investigators will coordinate with the Police to confirm this.

"We first check whether the person concerned makes a report at the Police. But we have already made a thymsus to reveal the case," he said.

The attempted robbery was discovered after Anjasmara's daughter Amanda Annete uploaded a video on her Instagram account regarding the chronology of the incident.

In the video, Anjasmara said that he felt held by the perpetrator who was riding a motorcycle. Realizing that he would become a victim of crime, Anjasmara fought back by trying to hit the perpetrator.

However, the fight made him fall off the bicycle. Anjasmara's left shoulder was injured.
