Turning NKRI Into State Police Of The Republic Of Indonesia, OUR Officials Become Suspects Of Hate Speech

JAKARTA - The National Police has named Anton Permana, a coalition official for the Action to Save Indonesia (WE), as a suspect in his hate speech because he changed the NKRI, which should have been the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, to become the Republic of Indonesia Police State.

"The Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia is the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia," said Head of Public Relations of the Indonesian Police, Inspector General Argo Yuwono to reporters, Thursday, October 15.

In addition, through his YouTube and Twitter social media accounts, Anton also wrote a narrative saying that the Police were beyond ABRI's dual functions. In addition, Anton also made a narrative that the country had been colonized and controlled by foreigners.

"There is also a (narrative) legalization of the Work Creation Law, proof that the state has been colonized, and the state is unable to protect its people, the state is controlled by cukong, a new style of VOC," he said.

For that reason, Anton was arrested and named a suspect. The investigator suspected it with Article 28 paragraph (2), in conjunction with Article 45 A paragraph (2) of the ITE Law, Article 14 paragraph (1) and (2), Article 15 number 1 of 1946, and Article 207 of the Criminal Code with a threat of 10 years.

In addition, Bareskrim Polri arrested 7 people, some of whom are members of the Coalition for Action to Save Indonesia (WE). They were arrested in Jakarta and Medan.

There were four people who were arrested in Medan, namely Juliana, Devi, Wahyu Rasari Putri, and Khairi Amri who are the Chair of KAMI Medan.

Meanwhile, those arrested in Jakarta were members of the US Executive Committee, namely Syahganda Nainggolan, Jumhur Hidayat, and former PKS legislative candidate, Kingkin Anida.
