This means that national defense is not only strengthened by the TNI as the main component. However, it is also necessary to build reserve components that come from all sectors, including the Human Resources (HR) sector.

"This has been the Indonesian doctrine so far. It was born from our history that every citizen has the right and duty to participate in defending the country. So maybe we can destroy our infrastructure. But I am sure that Indonesia cannot be occupied by other nations. Because all the people will become component of national defense, "he said.

The former Danjen Kopassus said that President Joko Widodo's (Jokowi) mission is clear to improve the quality of Indonesian people, productive economic structure, equitable development, cultural progress that reflects the national personality, is free of corruption, dignified and trusted, protects and provides a sense of security for all Indonesian citizens. , the synergy of the state government within the framework of a unitary state.

Prabowo also said that his party would soon finalize his leadership concept at the Ministry of Defense which would be finalized in front of President Jokowi.
