Coldplay Concert, Gelora Bung Karno Rented For 13 Days

JAKARTA - In less than two weeks, Coldplay will appear at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium (SUGBK), Central Jakarta on November 15.

Muhammad Trinugroho as SUGBK Service Analysis stated that the main stadium has been practically booked since today.

"(Booking) starts from the 6th, which means today," said Muhammad Trinugroho at Senayan Complex, Central Jakarta on Monday, November 6.

Until there is an addition of days until November 18, 2023. That means there are about three days for demolition," he continued.

Currently, SUGBK has also prepared various things, both inside and outside the stadium.

If previously three thousand seats had been removed in the south tribune, now the grass and running routes have begun to be closed.

Meanwhile, outside the stadium, a special route will be created that connects the Madya Stadium to the second floor of SUGBK.

"Preparations from the stadium in this week are closing the grass," Trinugroho said.

Outside, we have a modification of the stage. From the Madya Stadium area, we have our own path to the Main Stadium," he continued.

To provide services to around 70 thousand spectators who will attend, SUGBK has also communicated with the concert organizer regarding Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the use of SUGBK.

"We have prepared, from the SOP of our buildings we also already exist, there is also a venue that we have explained as well. And that is one of our rules for the event organizer," concluded Muhammad Trinugroh.
