Her interest in music and culture in Japan grew when she joined the student exchange to Japan. He also decided to continue his postgraduate school in Japan and began to seriously engage in his singing career.

Now, Ica Zahra has succeeded in releasing several Japanese, English, and Indonesian songs. He also collaborated with one of the Japanese rappers, Matvin, in a song project.

As a woman wearing a hijab, Ica admitted that she had no significant problems while living and starting a career in Japan. On the other hand, her hijab identity makes people remember her as a singer and is increasingly known.

"In Japan, I don't feel like I'm being an obstacle," said Ica.

Even so, sometimes language is one of the obstacles that can limit it to some people in Japan. Although he is seriously studying and even majoring in Japanese literature, Ica feels that she still has a lot to learn so that she can speak more smoothly.

Ica also gave a little leak that she would collaborate with several Indonesian artists. However, he still kept details of the project a secret. Most recently, Ica and McD Indonesia collaborated on the song Nihon No Fureebeaa in the context of launching the latest Taste of Japan from McD.

In the future, Ica will continue to have her musical career in Japan. Apart from starting her career there, Ica admitted that she would soon marry one of the Japanese men and settle there.

"Currently I choose Japan because I have a career in Japan. My future is in Japan," said Ica.
