JAKARTA - The vocalist of the band Base Jam, Sigit Wardana, released a new single entitled The Life Story of the Fathers produced by Swaradana Music in collaboration with Cadaez Pustaka Musik.

Through a written statement, Sigit said, Fathers' Life Story tells the life experience of a father who fights for his family every day for a better future.

This song comes as Sigit's appreciation for the struggles and sacrifices of the fathers in making a living for their families.

With flexible and relaxed lyrics, wrapped in pop music and a touch of a thick band, the feel of the song is still fun to listen to and easy to sing but still has a deep meaning.

"This song is arguably my personal experience. In everyday life, I play the role of husband and father of two daughters while still working on making songs and performing here and there," the singer who has been in the Indonesian music scene since 1996 revealed.

Meanwhile, Fransiscus Eko from Cadaez Pustaka Musik, said that this song is light and very easy listening. But the most out of the box is the theme and lyrics that will relate to adult men who listen to Indonesian music.

"The presence of Sigit with this single can definitely make Sigit fans as soloists as well as singers from Base Jam treat their longing," continued Eko.

The story of Mr. and Father is written by the vocalist who was born in Bogor with Caturadi Septembrianto, a songwriter and music producer who has collaborated with many well-known singers and musicians.

Sigit also invited Yay Item to play guitar and The Law to fill the rap to make this song more colorful and energetic.
