For most of 2021 and 2022, George toured across the United States under the name Electric Freedom, which he previously said was the new name of his "tour entity" after deciding to terminate the name Lynch Mob in 2020.

"[LYNCH MOB] is just a brand I've been building for decades, of course more than three decades. Nothing is perfect, and I have to live with the fact that it has some negative connotations that I may have to continue to explain for the rest of my life, and I don't mind doing that," he continued.
"But it's a brand I'm building, and I'm going to keep using it. As far as marketing and branding stuff and business stuff and work, and it keeps my band people working and makes fans happy, that makes sense."
"I really felt, when I adopted Electric Freedom, that I was really going against the current rather than defending old names," he laughed. "I really felt more resistance than I ever felt when I had Lynch Mob; that's the truth. Nobody really likes him. And I don't like living with it; it's a bit uncomfortable."
