G-Dragon BIGBANG Has Its Own Variety Event, Collaborates With PD Infinity Challenge

JAKARTA - Famous producer Kim Tae Ho announced the latest variety event that will collaborate with G-Dragon BIGBANG. The event, named Good Day, made the Power singer the main member.

Good Day is an event where G-Dragon collaborates with various figures to compose his best song. In addition to being the main member, he will become a producer to translate the story of every guest in the form of music.

"I still remember when I watched the singers I admired since I was little performing on stage and their memories of singing with Infinite Challenge members during the Infinite Challenge Festival," G-Dragon quoted MBCNews as saying on Monday, December 16.

This journey begins with the question 'How do we make a stage for the day where everyone misses it?' he continued.

The idea of this event was sparked by G-Dragon during his hiatus as a singer. He is also known to be good friends with Kim Tae Ho who is a producer of the legendary Infinite Challenge event.

Infinite Challenge is a scriptless event with various challenges from various sectors including entertainment. G-Dragon once appeared as a singer and actor at the event.

The first confirmed guest to attend the Good Day event was comedian Jung Hyung Don. This event is their latest collaboration after 12 years when they performed at the 2013 Infinite Challenge Song Festival.

Several other guests who are close friends of G-Dragon such as comedian Defconn and Cho Sae Ho and CODE producer KUNST were also confirmed to be guests.

In addition, several comedians and singers are reported to be the next guests, namely Taeyang and Daesung BIGBANG, Hwang Jungmin, Hwang Kanghee, SEVENTEEN BSS, aespa, and DAY6.

Several actors were also reported to be guests, namely Kim Soohyun, Im Si Wan, Jung Hae In, and Kim Go Eun. The first episode will air in early 2025.
