Apart From Cheating, Jenny Rachman's Husband Is Suspected Of Embezzling A House Worth 8 Billion Rupiah

JAKARTA - One of Jenny Rachman's legal team, Akhlan B. revealed the alleged forgery of letters by the husband of his client who served as President Commissioner of Bank Jatim, Suprajarto.

Akhlan said that in the alleged forgery, there were allegations of embezzlement of assets in the form of houses worth Rp. 5 billion to Rp. 8 billion located in Bandung, West Java.

The stolen assets are a house domiciled in Bandung and the reported party falsified signatures in the South Jakarta Metro Police area. The value is between 5 to 8 billion," said Akhlan B. to the media crew at the South Jakarta Metro Police on Monday, June 12.

Responding to a statement from Suprajarto's attorney, Johnson Panjaitan a few days ago, Akhlan confirmed that there was no communication between his client and the reported party regarding restorative justice efforts.

"Following up on Jenny Rachman's report, until now there has been no communication whatsoever regarding restorative justice. We emphasize once again, there is no discourse on restorative justice discussions discussed by the reported attorney," said Jenny Rachman's attorney.

"I don't know who he talked to, to whom. But, in fact until now we still haven't made efforts to restore justice," he continued.

Furthermore, Akhlan said that there was no good communication between Jenny Rachman and her husband on the report that was filed.

"So far there has been no communication either, we are still waiting for communication from either the reported party, or we are still waiting for further information from Mrs. Jenny Rachman," he said.

Even so, it is possible that the report filed by Jenny Rachman against her husband will be resolved with restorative justice efforts.

"For mediation, we still uphold Pancasila, 4th principle, deliberation and consensus. So, it is impossible to close it for mediation or restorative justice. But we are waiting for confirmation from our client," concluded Akhlan B., Jenny Rachman's attorney.
