Chris Hemsworth Faces Fierce Battle In Extraction 2

JAKARTA - Netflix launched the latest trailer video for Extraction 2 on Tuesday, May 16. Actor Chris Hemsworth returns to play Tyler Rake in the sequel to the film Extraction which is now in action on a different mission to save a family of Georgian bandits from the prison they are in.

The video footage shows Rake's character successfully going through a critical condition in the past after the first film Extraction and is now risking his life again on the latest mission.

The tense situation can be seen from the fierce battle on the ongoing train and Rake is trying to secure a family. Various efforts were made to escape the hunters until Rake was seen in the riots in a prison.

Netflix promises excitement through Extraction 2 with a fight scene on the roof of a tall building, a high-voltage action scene, to the journey of the character Rake looking for his life goals.

Extraction 2 reunites Chris Hemsworth with director Sam Hargrave. This action film was written by Joe Russo who also acted as one of the producers with Anthony Russo and Chris Hemsworth.

In addition to Golshifteh Farahani who returns to play his role in the Extraction, the sequel will feature Adam Bessa, Olga Kurylenko, Daniel Bernhardt, and Tinatin Dalakishvili.

The Extraction story is based on the graphic novel Ciudad by Ande Parks, Joe Russo, Anthony Russo, and illustrations by Fernando Le totaling Gonz happenedlez. The Extraction 2 film is ready to air on June 16, 2023.
