Patit Mandatory Military, J-Hope BTS: I'll Come Back!

J-Hope BTS will enlist in the military today, Tuesday, April 18. The day before departure, the group rapper shared his latest photo with fans uploaded on Instagram.

On April 17, J-Hope uploaded his latest writing and photos. He appears with his new hair cut for military service.

I will return healthy and well!! wrote J-Hope in the article.

He also shared several photos with respect to the Weverse. The singer whose real name is Jung Hoseok also wrote, 'I love you ARMY'

Fellow BTS member Jimin also uploaded a photo with J-Hope and his new hair. He wrote the photo with a purple heart emoji.

Sebelumnya, beberapa media melaporkan J-Hope akan memulai tugasnya pada 18 April. Namun agensi BTS, BIGHIT MUSIC menyatakan sulit untuk mengonfirmasi wajib militer J-Hope.

"It is difficult for us to confirm the date and location of the J-Hope registration. We ask for your understanding in this regard," BIGHIT MUSIC said in response to the news on Thursday, April 13.

The agency also released a statement that no official farewell event was made considering the opening ceremony was only attended by family and closest relatives. They asked fans not to visit the training camp.

"To prevent incidents that cause crowds, fans are asked not to visit the location," the agency said.

J-Hope became the second BTS member after Jin was conscripted to the military. Previously Jin departed on December 13 and was escorted by the six members in person.
