The Compact MONSTA X Between Minhyuk Starts Military Service Today

JAKARTA - Minhyuk MONSTA X officially served in the military today, Tuesday, April 4. On the same day, all group members uploaded photos with Minhyuk with their new appearance.

Minhyuk, IM, Kihyun, Hyungwon, Joohoney and Shownu are still carrying out the military standing in front of the van. Minhyuk with a plontos head wearing a varisity jacket and is in the middle of the members.

"Minhyuk went for the training camp. Shownu made a surprise. It was a brief but very meaningful meeting," wrote the MONSTA X account.

They also shared photos when Shownu the leader hugged Minhyuk tightly. They wrote, 'Stay healthy.'

The day before, Minhyuk uploaded a photo while eating with MONSTA X members. He wrote a message to Monbebe (as MONSTA X fans).

"Monbe, we separated for a while. Today it's a little cold but hopefully when we meet again, it will warm up," Minhyuk wrote.

"I'll be back in good health. See you soon," he said again.

Minhyuk announced his military service schedule in mid-March. Through a letter he wrote, he felt sad to be separated from fans for a while.

I will use this time to make myself stronger and become a cooler Minhyuk. I am very enthusiastic about accepting a love bigger than Monbebe," Minhyuk wrote on March 13.

"Besides, I'm not going far so don't be too sad," he said.

Minhyuk became the second member of MONSTA X to carry out military service. Previously, their leader, Shownu wamill in July 2021. Shownu is scheduled to finish on April 21, two weeks after Minhyuk's departure.

MONSTA X has also just released the mini album Reason with the main song Beautiful Liar. This album is their latest work after IM did not continue contracting with Starship Entertainment.
